With a Hotel Management Diploma from the Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management, Mamoroko started off her career working for Sunnyside Park Hotel - a member of the Southern Sun Group - when she got the opportunity to gain international experience. She moved to Dubai to join Jumeirah International.. She worked for Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the Emirates Towers Hotel as part of the opening team. She then moved to be part of another opening team for TECOM, a Dubai Government initiative focusing on attracting local and foreign investments into the first ever Free Trade Zone for media and telecommunications. At Dubai Media City Mamoroko moved from the Hospitality and Events department to the Sales Department as Sales Coordinator to managing a Business Centre with a clientele of 130. On returning to South Africa after 7 years abroad, Mamoroko joined BAM Strategic Marketing as Client Relations Management and Business Development managing clients such as Limpopo Tourism and Parks and Limpopo Business Support Agency. Mamoroko joined the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa family in 2011 as an Accredited Quality Grading Assessor.
