A Registered Assessor with the South African Tourism Grading Council for 9 years, Pam is also a Hospitality Consultant and Freelance Caterer. Trained as an architectural technician, Pam moved to Holland in 1989 and made a major career change, qualifying as a chef. In 1994, recognising Pam’s talent in the kitchen, the South African Embassy offered her the job of In-House Events Chef in Den Haag. Upon her return to South Africa at the end of 1994, executive cheffing in several à la carte restaurants followed. Pam then had her own very successful 4 star guest house in Hermanus for 8 years. She was also Chairman of the Overstrand Tourism Authority. She was twice a judge in the “Amarula Best Guest House in Africa” Awards. Pam is passionate about the tourism industry and her architectural background has been of great assistance to her in assisting clients in all areas, including how to maximise their Universal Accessibility potential.
